Service Description

This is for a comprehensive, holistic nutrition intake with intervention and goal planning. Virtual coaching or consults are offered via phone or through Healthie or Zoom. As a functional nutritionist, I am able to offer a variety of functional tests through MosaicDx, formerly Great Plains Laboratory and Evexia Diagnostics. I also offer Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) through Trace Elements, Inc. Functional testing options are not included in the consult price. Due to our biochemical individuality, I do not believe in one-size-fits-all testing, diets, or nutritional approaches. I feel that taking individual differences into account is necessary to find the most effective dietary and lifestyle interventions to help clients reach their goals.
